Commercial Carpet Cleaning Process

  • 1: Walk-Thru

    We believe in giving every customer the best experience. That’s why we do a thorough walk-thru to address any areas of concern, take precise measurements, and determine the ideal cleaning process for your carpet. We’ll also set clear expectations for the results before we start the job.

  • 2: Pre-spray

    We use a pre-spray to break down any soiling or sticky substances left behind by spills or foot traffic that were not removed with vacuuming.

  • 3: Scrubbing (with CRB)

    We use a Counter Rotating Brush Machine (CRB) to work in the pre-spray, lift the carpet pile and pull out deeply embedded soil from the backing of the carpet. This step helps to restore the original look and feel of your carpet pile.

  • 4: Cleaning (Hot Water Extraction)

    We clean using a truck mounted Hot Water Extraction System (commonly referred to as "steam cleaning") and specialty cleaning tools along with cleaning agents designed specifically for your carpet type.

  • 5: Carpet Protector (Optional)

    This is an optional add-on. A protector like Scotchgard is applied to the carpet after the cleaning. This application helps protect the carpet fibers from wear, staining and can actually improve your vacuuming efficiency. Your carpet will look great and last longer!

  • How Do I Prepare For My Carpet Cleaning?

    1) The customer is responsible for vacuuming prior to our arrival. This is important and ensures the deepest cleaning possible! 


    2) The customer is responsible for removing desk mats prior to our arrival, if you’d like those areas cleaned. If not, we will clean around them. (Desk mats can be put back after 24 hours.) 


    3) Do not use any store-bought products to try to remove any stains before we arrive, as these may interact with our cleaning agents. 


    4) We will bring in our own filtered and softened water, but occasionally may need access to a utility sink and/or an outside faucet. 


    5) Please schedule any other contractors outside of our cleaning time (when possible) so they’re not walking all over the clean carpet before it’s had a chance to dry. 


    6) Please schedule seal-coating of parking lots & driveways for AFTER we’ve been there to clean the carpet. (We don’t want to track anything in or get tar on our cleaning hoses. Thank you!) 

  • How long will it take for the carpet to dry?

    When we’re done cleaning, the carpet will be slightly damp to the touch. It will probably take about 6-8 hours for the carpet to dry, but it really depends on the humidity levels inside and outside. We recommend turning the ceiling fans on and setting the furnace fan to “ON” for at least 24 hours to lower humidity levels in the building.


    Please note that if your carpet is a little loose, it may have some ripples after cleaning due to humidity relaxing the carpet backing. This is completely normal! As the carpet dries, the backing will tighten up again and the ripples will dissipate. It may take up to 48 hours for this to completely resolve.

  • Do you offer a warranty/guarantee?

    30-Day Guarantee

    Occasionally after a deep cleaning of your carpet, a spot may wick up from the pad and re-appear. If this happens, just let us know within thirty (30) days of your cleaning, and we’ll be happy to come out and take care of it at no charge! 


    While there is no absolute guarantee that everything we clean will come out looking perfect or brand new again, we do guarantee that we will use every professional resource available to provide you with the best experience possible. If any part of our service is unsatisfactory, please contact us within thirty (30) days of your cleaning and we will address your concern to the best of our ability.

  • How do you handle furniture moving?

    For Offices:

    *We will move rolling desk chairs & small waste cans, and then clean around everything else.


    *The customer is responsible for removing desk mats prior to our arrival. (Desk mats can go back down after 24 hours.)


    For Restaurants & Other Non-Office Spaces:

    *Furniture moving for non-office spaces is on a case-by-case basis.


    *When we come to do a walk-thru, we can discuss how this will be handled for your business.
