30-Day Guarantee
Occasionally after a deep cleaning of your carpet, a spot may wick up from the pad and re-appear. If this happens, just let us know within thirty (30) days of your cleaning, and we’ll be happy to come out and take care of it at no charge!
While there is no absolute guarantee that everything we clean will come out looking perfect or brand new again, we do guarantee that we will use every professional resource available to provide you with the best experience possible. If any part of our service is unsatisfactory, please contact us within thirty (30) days of your cleaning and we will address your concern to the best of our ability.
Payment is collected upon completion of services in the form of cash, check or credit card. If other arrangements need to be made for your commercial property, please let us know before the date of service.
1) The customer is responsible for vacuuming carpet prior to our arrival (typically done by their janitorial service). This is important and ensures the deepest cleaning possible!
2) The customer is responsible for removing desk mats prior to our arrival, if you’d like those areas cleaned. If not, we will clean around them. (Desk mats can be put back on carpet after 24 hours.)
3) Do not use any store-bought products to try to remove any stains before we arrive, as these may interact with our cleaning agents.
4) We will bring in our own filtered and softened water, but occasionally may need access to a utility sink and/or an outside faucet.
5) Please schedule any other contractors outside of our cleaning time (when possible) so they’re not walking all over the clean carpet and other flooring before it’s had a chance to fully dry.
6) Please schedule seal-coating of parking lots & driveways for AFTER we’ve been there to clean. (We don’t want to get tar on our cleaning hoses or track anything in through the building. Thank you!)
